I just followed the Yoga Session for employees. I must admit I was a bit reluctant as I tought Yoga is not really my thing. But Anne-Sophie is really a good teacher, pointing out the important attention points throughout the differents postures. I could follow the session by listening, only looking every now an then. And it’s also a very good mixture between exercice, relaxation a spirituality. Very nice experience!
