My Yoga offerings

I’m an E-RYT registered instructor & YACEP provider. I have given more than 2.000 hours in classes and courses. This enables other Yoga teachers to train with me and receive continuing education credits.  

I’m also a Stress Management Coach certified in breathing techniques & Mindfulness programs such as the MBSR program for adults from Jon Kabat Zinn & the Mindful’Up program for kids & teens from Jeanne Siaud-Facchin.

I’m the founder of ΛTHLETΛ•YOGΛ and ΛTHLETΛ•MIND offering highly structured mental & cognitive programs for athletes of all levels: mental coaching, visualization & breathing techniques, mindfulness & yoga therapy for athletes.


Weekly group classes

My group yoga classes reflects the benefits of my growing meditation practice and love of myofacial and somatic therapies, energetic body work and functional movement.

Stemming from my traditional Ashtanga practice, my instruction is alignment-based, yet also free-spirited and joyful. I teach Ashtanga Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Power Flow, Yin Yoga, Yoga Therapy for Athletes, Myofascial Release Yoga and my classes range from deeply restorative to physically challenging.

I’m sharing my practice in several studios in Uccle, Waterloo and I collaborate with Sports Physiotherapy Centers for therapeutic sessions in small groups or in one on one.

Yoga Therapy for Athletes

Comprehensive and highly structured yoga programs to train the body and the mind of the athlete.  The main goals of the programs are to reduce the risk of injury, improve sports performance and helping athletes to overcome the mental challenges of the competitions.

Private sessions

Experience private yoga classes for yourself, your family or friends. Catering to all ages and abilities, my private yoga classes provide you with an opportunity to deepen your understanding and foundation of yoga practice through quality one on one or semi private group  tuition. More so than my regular community classes, you will receive additional in depth, personalised tips and tools in yoga poses, breathing and overall alignment tailored towards your body and current condition/state of health or group goal.

Private sessions can take place in the comfort of your home, in my home studio or Sports Physiotherapy Centers for therapeutic sessions in one on one or small groups.

Studio space can also be rented for additional fees.

Corporate Yoga

I bring the benefits of yoga & meditation classes to your workplace at times that are convenient for you and your employees. My classes are all-levels and are suitable for anyone.

Classes are specifically designed for the wellbeing of your employees with relaxation and breathing exercises to calm the mind and nervous system, as well as stretching and strengthening where your employees need it most.

Workshops & Events

Workshops are the perfect opportunity to break down poses and transitions, learn drills, or work on specific categories, such as backbends or arm balances. Check my Events calendar for upcoming workshops or contact me if you would like to book me for a workshop.
